Our 4700 square foot banquet facility located in the beautiful Historic South End area of Charlotte. Located in the converted Nebel Knitting Mill, the Design Center of the Carolinas is a wonderful venue to host your private event, wedding, or corporate function.
Our more casual division, The Grill and Picnic Company specializes in high end casual events including but not limited to; Oyster Roasts, Low Country Boils, Company Picnics, etc... Depending on the scale of the event and location we can bring our own grills or use those of the client at a private home.
This beautiful 2-story venue is perfect for large scale cocktail parties. Also located in the Design Center, we are honored to manage the space for RAM Realtors and be the exclusive catering company allowed to host parties in the venue.
We have been in business of catering since 1989. Dave Byron has assembled a team that can walk any client through the entire event process and assist with more than just the food and beverage. We were founded on the principles of good food and great service, and we pride our selves on providing both of those things while being a full-service caterer.
